Housing Update
We’re scheduled to close on the Condo on April 1. April Fool’s day seem fitting.

Going, going… Gone
On March 1, Steve put a “for sale”sign in our front yard and we posted on craigslist. We also started looking at condos in Ford Lofts (downtown Omaha- 10th and Dodge).
Within a couple of weeks, we received an acceptable offer and decided to have an “open house” since we had advertised on craiglist. A couple looking at other houses in the neighborhood saw our sign, stopped and bought our house.
So, on St Patties Day, we made an offer on a condo. By Wednesday, we had officially bought and sold. It’s happening fast. We plan to close on the condo on April Fools Day (seems right).
