Homeward Bound – Friday 9/17 – Tuscon AZ

We’re now in our 9th day of travel and have been less than 850 miles.  We’re enjoying the leisurely pace, but not the dessert heat.  The last couple of days, we’ve been on the road early to avoid traveling in the heat.  Arrived here in Tuscon about 10 am.  We’ll be spending the weekend at a resort here.  It’s a beautiful place, several pools & hot tubs.  Lots of shade to enjoy the afternoon.  I think I’ll head out and read for a while.
